The National Council for Human Rights (NCHR) on Sunday said it received more than fifty complaints of vote rigging during the run-off round of parliamentary elections.
The council is a subsidiary of the Egyptian government.
Violations such as voter manipulation, bribery and restricted access were cited in Daqahliya, Qena, Kafr al-Sheikh, al-Sharqiya, Aswan and Cairo governorates.
