Dirk Nowitzki scored 26 points and Jason Terry had all of his 19 points in the final 11 minutes as the Dallas Mavericks' long NBA dominance of Miami continued. The Mav's 98-96 win ended the Heats 12-game winning streak.

Dwyane Wade led 17 unanswered points including this cut-through lay-up at the buzzer of the first quarter. He led Miami with 22 points.

With 3:52 left in the half...Mike Miller checked in for the first time, the crowd greeting him with one of its loudest ovations of the season. But, he missed all four of his shots.

Midthrough the third quarter...LeBron James surged a 13-0 run for Miami. He then hit the jumper at the buzzer over Jason Kidd as Miami led 68-65.

Early into the fourth...James missed the jumper...Kidd controled the loose ball...He run the court, back pass to Shaun Marion for an easy dunk.

With less than three minutes left in the game...Terry connected from downtown as the Mavs stretched the lead at 86-81.

But, Chris Bosh then answered with an acrobatic layup. He would line with James to mark 19 for the Heat. Look at it again...A lucky ball for Miami.

With 1:25 left...Nowitzki's three fell short...But Marion grabbed the key rebound and found Terry in the corner for another big three-pointer.

In the dying seconds...Bosh got the chance to tie the game from the three-point line...But, he missfired as the Mavs finally took it 98-96.
