AFP - Security forces and anti-government protesters clashed in the Tunisian capital Sunday, with police firing tear gas and warning shots to disperse stone-throwing youths in a third day of violence.

Protesters chanting slogans against the interim government appointed after the fall last month of president Zine El Abidine Ben Ali tried to march towards the interior ministry, AFP reporters said.

Three people were killed in violence at a protest on Saturday.
