SHANGHAI, December 2, 2010 - Chinese shares were up 1.04 percent in early trade Thursday, tracking an overnight rally on Wall Street, dealers said.
The Shanghai Composite Index, which covers both A and B shares, was up 29.42 points at 2,852.87.
The Shanghai A-share index added 1.04 percent, or 30.81 points, to 2,987.66, while the Shenzhen A-share index gained 0.82 percent, or 11.20 points, to 1,376.79.
