SEOUL, Jan. 4 (Xinhua) -- Stephen Bosworth, U.S. envoy on the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), is to arrive in Seoul Tuesday afternoon for talks on restarting long-stalled six- party talks aimed at dismantling the DPRK's nuclear program.
The U.S. Special Representative for DPRK policy, Stephen Bosworth, will arrive in South Korea Tuesday afternoon to kick off a three Asian-nation tour.
