Police in the Netherlands have arrested 12 Somalis in the port city of Rotterdam, on suspicion of plotting an imminent terrorist attack.
The prosecutor says officers have searched 7 locations used by the detainees, but found no weapons or explosives. He also adds that, so far, there is no evidence of links to other countries or groups.
The Dutch Intelligence Service says the dozen Somalis were definitely planning an operation in the country, and the National Terrorism Coordinator will not change the alert level, indicating that the possibility of an assault was "limited."
